*Matthews Counseling, LLC makes no guarantees that your insurance will be accepted or will cover services, whether this includes clients using insurance or those claiming through out-of-network benefits. It is your responsibility to know your insurance benefits and to pay for any charges that insurance does not. This includes notifying your provider in a timely manner if insurance changes or is terminated.
