As a therapist, Erin’s primary therapeutic orientations include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with the focus of helping clients identify and follow their values in order to lead a more fulfilling life. Erin has a warm and down-to-earth style, using humor, sincerity, and creativity to build relationships with clients.

Erin enjoys helping clients gain a better understanding of their emotions and how to deal with them more effectively, learn how to advocate for themselves and create healthy boundaries, and improve communication with family and friends.

In her spare time Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, walking her dogs, exercising, spending time outdoors, and helping others. Helping others as a profession is an example of Erin following her values in order to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, and she hopes to help clients do the same.
