I don’t believe being stuck is a route in life we should live in. I believe being stuck is a good indicator that change needs to happen, but often we need support as we make those changes. I approach counseling holistically, with varying approaches that are
evidence based, aiming to address the individual needs in therapy. I meet you where you are, and we work towards healing from that place.
I have worked with clients ages 14-65 in a private setting for many years. I have worked with a variety of clients successfully maneuvering them through life’s challenges.
In therapy I integrate different therapy styles, depending on a client’s needs and preferences, including: attachment based therapy; cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT); person-centered therapy; solution-focused therapy;
and psychodynamic therapy.
I help clients with things like: attention issues; anxiety; attachment; boundaries; codependency; coping skills; eating disorders; emotional neglect; life coaching; parenting; perfectionism; people pleasing; marital or relationship conflict; stress; trauma;
and trust issues.
If you are looking for help with any of the above and think I may be a good fit for you,please contact me so we can talk.
