Brian: “In my experience the expression of thought and feelings that one has suppressed or has been unable to put into words, has allowed individuals to progress towards a better version of themselves.  My empathetic and non-judgmental style facilitates a space where all thoughts and feelings are welcomed to be expressed and explored.  My goal is to provide insight so that individuals can gain self-knowledge and a greater sense of resiliency to life’s challenges.  If this is your first time in therapy or have been in therapy before, don’t hesitate to reach out.  If you are interested or unsure you can contact me and we can discuss how I may be able to help”.
