I work with a wide range of individuals from adolescents to adults. I am a master level social worker with clinical experience working with individuals addressing both mental health and substance use issues. I most frequently work with people expressing issues with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use.
I take a holistic mind, body, and spirit approach that considers the entirety of an individual to help gain deeper insights and promote a greater sense of understanding ourselves. I also use the framework of narrative therapy to challenge the stories we tell ourselves and empower ourselves to make effective changes to our lives. My practice style holds the values of non-judgement and self-determination in high regard with hopes of creating a more compassionate and socially just world.
Having the privilege to see a therapist when I was younger was one of the greatest gifts I have received in my life. It helped me expand my capacity to navigate the complexity and challenges of life, and still does to this day. My hope is to be able to help others do the same as we move forward during these infinitely complex times.
